What’s Not OK
The following behaviours have no place in our community:
- Discrimination of any kind (race, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, etc.).
- Bullying, harassment, intimidation, or unwanted attention.
- Sexual harassment, whether verbal, physical, or online.
- Victimisation or retaliation against someone who speaks up.
- Breaching confidentiality around complaints or personal information.
- Aggressive behaviour, including shouting, threats, or hostility.
- Disruptive behaviour that negatively impacts the experience of others.
- Substance misuse that compromises safety or wellbeing.
- Damage to property, facilities, or equipment.
If Something Happens
- Speak up: If you experience or witness behaviour that doesn’t align with these guidelines, please let us know.
- We listen: Concerns can be raised in confidence, and we’ll handle them with care, fairness, and discretion.
- We act: Depending on the situation, responses may include mediation, support measures, or disciplinary action (for staff), and suspension or banning (for guests).
