> Handling any in person enquiries and addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively.

> Providing guidance on sauna & ice bath usage, and its health benefits to enhance the overall guest experience.

> Collaborating with our team to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the venue, including sauna rooms, change rooms and common spaces.

> Assisting with retail sales of any retail wellness products and merchandise.

> Upholding our standards of excellence in customer service, actively seeking feedback, and implementing improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.

Venue Manager

Job Description

As Venue Manager at Alchemy Saunas, you will be responsible for running the day to day operations of the sauna. You will be the welcoming face to our members, monitoring the equipment and the venue for cleanliness and maintenance, while driving memberships and bookings. 

Your responsibilities will include

> Operational Management: This involves day-to-day operations, ensuring the sauna facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. 

> Customer Service: Be the point of contact for customer complaints or issues, striving to provide an excellent customer experience. This includes managing bookings, handling special requests, and ensuring the staff delivers high-quality service.

> Marketing and Sales: Venue managers may also be involved in  marketing, which includes developing promos, working on partnerships or events to attract more customers.

> Staff Management: Train, and manage staff, ensuring the team is motivated and providing high-quality service.

> Compliance and Safety: Ensuring the business complies with all local laws and regulations related to health and safety is crucial.
